.265 format issues

Hello,

I seem to have a problem with both of my Samsung tv's not being able to stream the .265 format when using Mezzmo. I just get an error message on screen saying file format is not supported. Are my tv's to old (ones about 4 years old and the other around 6) ? Is there a way around this ?

Hi,
Mezzmo may need to transcode the files, please make sure that you have transcoding enabled in Transcoding Settings and also in Device Settings.
