Hi there
I just added Mezmo to a new drive,registered,update library etc all went ok,but the server will not start in either windows or console mode.Just error 0 popup,any ideas?

Hi,
we will need to see some logs to determine why the server is not starting. Please enable diagnostic logging http://www.mezzmo.com/wiki/doku.php?id=using_logging&s[]=diagnostic then after restarting your Mezzmo media server try starting the server then send the logs to support [at] conceiva [dot] com so we can investigate.

Having the same issue just today...

can we have that suggestion posted here?

In the mean time, Ill send some logs...


edit - I thought I'd go thru the logs - found that all the device profiles were missing...?
I copied from the backup folder and all seems good now...
