External access not working

I know my router is configured properly - I have other apps on other servers working and was testing Plex without issue. This program absolutely refuses external access. Internal port is listening fine but external access is not possible with the proper port opened up. This tells me there must be another port that needs to be opened. Is this something that comes up often?

Also, local firewall is disabled.

Have you looked at this link (http://www.mezzmo.com/wiki/doku.php?id=streaming_outside_your_home) ? You have the remote and local ports set the same. I am not sure if this is valid. I believe they need to be different. I leave my remote port blank and then port forward to the 53168 port and it works. You could try that or try setting a different remote port number.
