UPnP resume points!

Hello everyone!
I am using Mezzmo UPnP/DLNA server to host my files.
And then using Kodi as the client to view them. Everything works fine but when I stop a video from playback Kodi never remembers where I left off and the resume function never shows up. ( I have it set to choose in video settings )

I don't understand why it never remembers where I left off. If I use BubbleUPnP and feed the videos from Mezzmo to MX Player Pro routerlogin (https://routerlogin.pro). MX Player Pro will give me and option to restart or resume. This got me to believe the resume function is broken in Kodi over UPnP. Cause local files will resume but UPnP ones won't.
Maybe I am missing something here. Is this a bug or just not a feature that is added?

If you use the Mezzmo addon for Kodi it works fine with Kodi. You can also share resume points / bookmarks across clients so you cam stop watching in one room and resume at the same spot in another. With the addon Kodi talks to Mezzmo and stores then resume point on the server. Here's a thread (http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/10087-Mezzmo-Kodi-Addon-Update/page12) on the latest updates for the Mezzmo addon. It has links for the Kodi 18 and Kodi 19 versions. The addon also has a number of great integration features with Kodi including fulll actor search, synchronization of the Mezzmo and Kodi databases and much more.

Glad I could help and I hope you are using the addon. I just uploaded a new code releae which has some bookmark enhancements:

- Fixed bookmarks not being reset when end of file playback reached.
- Added bookmark delay adjustment to allow starting up to 30 seconds
behind from when playback was stopped.
- Added saving bookmark to Mezzmo once a minute during playback
