Hi Peter,

I tried to send a tech support email, and got the following back:

The response from the remote server was:
550 5.7.1 Recipient not authorized, your IP has been found on a block list

But anyway, here's the question:

I have a TV series called the Yogi bear show on DVD.

The correct episode order is the DVD version on tvdb.
Usually, I just change the DVD version to the correct aired version, but this won't work with this show, as the DVD version incorporates several shows per episode.

So my question: is there a way to get Mezzmo to scrape the DVD version instead of the aired version on TVDB?

I have tried several different ways, but always comes back the aired version.

Thanks in advance,

Ron

Ron,

The E-mail block is the Conceiva mail server blocking the mail connection due to the mail server you are using got its IP address blacklisted. This happens all the time for some ISPs. Conceiva may need to add an allow override if your ISP doesn't resolve the blacklist issue (which most don't bother unless enough of their customers complain).

For the Yogi Bear issue, I have a Yogi Bear set of DVDs with a similar issue. Does the set you have start with the episodes ?

Oinks and Boinks
Booby Trapped Bear
etc...

The only way I know to fix it (for automatic scraping without using NFO files) is to name the DVD episodes to match the aired episode names. For instance:

Yogi Bear S02E01 Oinks and Boinks
Yogi Bear S02E02 Booby Trapped Bear

Unfortunately the DVD series I have isn't really a complete airing of all Yogi Bear episodes, even though that is how it was labeled and sold.

Jeff,

Yeah, I knew why I got the message, I was just letting Peter know.
I guess someone must have been spamming them with gmail (that's what I used).

Looks like I've got the same set as you. I was just hoping there might be a quicker way
other then renaming them all, especially since Kodi has the ability to use the DVD order.
Guess I'll just reorder them as aired.

Thanks for the reply,
Ron

Ron,

There might be another way but I am not aware of it. We'll see if Peter has any ideas. I didn't think of aired date but looking at the dates now that would work too.

Hi Ron,
our email server was marking everything from gmail as spam due to the IP address of the server. We have resolved this.

I am not aware of a way to get the DVD version from TVDB automatically. It may require DVD in the search terms.
