Execute Admin functions outside the GUI

Is there any way to automate some of the Mezzmo admin tasks from an external script such as Powershell?

For example: I want to pre-transcode video files from a scheduled Powershell job. I assume this would necessitate the existence of a set of commandline-like functions for Mezzmo.

Mezzmo does have a limited command line interface http://www.mezzmo.com/wiki/doku.php?id=mezzmo_command_line_interface&s[]=command however it is not possible to pre-transcode from the commandline.
