Pre-Transcoding Problems

I am pre-transcoding some GoPro videos for viewing with our Roku devices. Many of the processes fail. I have attached three ffmpeg failure logs. Can you help fix this problem? I note transcoding to hls always fails as does mkv. Transcoding to mov,mp4,m4a,3gp,3g2,mj2 only works with h264 but fails frequently. Selecting mpeg4 produces an audio-only, no video file.

Please try going to Transcoding settings then turn off hardware encoding and then try pre-transcoding to mp4 with h264 and this should resolve the failures with mp4.

No worries. FYI, I changed the device profile from generic "Roku Streaming Player" to "Roku Streaming Player (Mkv)." I am now able to play the original files on all my Roku devices. No need to transcode. Thanks for your time and dedication.
