No music files playable on Directv HR21 -- play on Samsung c7000

New release of Mezzmo -- have imported itunes to Mezzmo -- all songs/menus etc work fine on Samsung C7000 (very nice user interface on C7000) but when I try same on Directv H21 box the songs do not play (Hr21 says it cannot play) - using all defaults for Mezzmo. Any ideas?

Also playlists import fine but when I click on them none of the songs in the playlist play -- keeps skipping song with "grabbing" message.

Is the DirecTV device profile selected in the Media Devices dialog? If it is and music doesn't play, please send a message to support (at) conceiva (dot) com and I'll send you a device profile.

I'm not sure what you mean by the "grabbing" message - can you please give me a bit more details? Which device is this on?

Sorry -- it's actually my HR24-500 that doesnt play the music at all -- I am playing on older Samsung TV connected to HR24 Directv DVR via HDMI -- can get movies and pics ok on same connection. Music never starts to play -- takes time like it is streaming the song, but then doesnt play anything -- just silence while it appears it thinks it is playing the song -- I do get the "content information" on the TV screen as though it THINKS its playing the song, but all I get is silence. The "grabbing content" message might be coming from Directv box but happens when I try to advance to next song.

The profile on Mezzmo show HR21 which appears to be your only Directv profile available on the product.
