Did install Mezzmo 2.1.12.0 (Trial Version).
I'm trying to feed a new device ALURATEK - Model AIREC01F.
The Mezzmo server and the device see each other.
BUT, the device is not able to CONNECT to mezzmo.

I also connected Mezzmo with Sony BDP-S370 BluRay.
Everything is fine there ... No problem .

Can you please turn on logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) then try to connect again and once it fails, stop the server and send the logs to support (at) conceiva (dot) com - we'll take a look.

I did send the LOG files to Conceiva support email box.

Can you please try changing the device profile to "Sagem Radio" and try again? Please let me know if that works or is the same. If it's the same, can you please send a new log in as well.

Dennis, good news... we are moving forward.
My device now can connect to Mezzmo, BUT once I click on "Music" .... get stuck
Will send you the log to support .....com
