Dear members,

with Mezzmo server on my TV (Panasonic Plasma 3D 50 inch) I can play some MKV files but some not. The MKV files that I can't play are smaller (4,3 GB) as the files who I can play (6,3 GB)

What is that problem? I can't figer it out

Can you please post FFmpeg information on those files (in Mezzmo right-click on the file and use the "Get FFmpeg Information" command).

We'll be getting some Panasonic TVs to test (hopefully this week), so we'll be looking more into this once we get the hardware in.

Thanks for the info. We're expecting the test TV unit here today or tomorrow and we'll be working on improving the device profiles. Once we have a new one ready, we'll be happy to send it out. If you haven't already, send us a message to support (at) conceiva (dot) com saying that you want the updated Panasonic device profile.

I downloaded 2.2 as a trial, some of MKV is working, where I am happy an about to buy, but strange why some are not working.

How to proceed?

Hello,

Can you please turn on logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) then try to play one of the non-working files and once it fails, stop the server and send the logs to support (at) conceiva (dot) com - we'll take a look and see what's wrong.
