Mezzmo does not play audio for MKV file

Mezzmo does not play audio for some of my MKV files.

Is it possible for us to get that file here for testing? We've tested similar files and they all play ok using the latest version 2.1.13, so it's possible that there's something different about that particular file that FFmpeg info is not showing. Iget a message "unsupported video" when i try to play an mkv file with DTS audio..It doesnt even show the file in the media library. i have pasted the file details below..is there any solution for this..

Header stripping might not be supported by the TV.. Remux it with MKVMerge and set the Header Compression to None under DTS..

I bought a Western Digital WD Elements Play WDBACC0010HBK-EESN Media Player which would not play the audio for MKV file where there was more than 2 audio channels because the player is DTS2
-- I could see the video with no audio

mkv files with two audio channels would play the audio because the WD player is DTS2

I am trying to stream through LG tv "LG42LE5500"..the "device profile" in mezzmo "media devices" is "LG TV"

I am having a similar problem streaming to a Sony BDP-BX57. It seems to only happen when the audio bit rate is high - over 1.0Mbps. Most of the videos I have will audio stream at 448bps.

I am using Mezzmo 2.4.1.0. I get similar results with 2.4.2.0, so I think I might fall back to 2.3.2.0

Here is an update.... After re-installing version 2.3.2.0, the BDP is reporting the audio stream at 448bps instead of the 1.5 to 2.4Mbps for the same file.... and I get audio.
