cpu at 100% since latest update (2.1.13)

I don't know why, but CPU run at 100% since I installed it yesterday

half is used by mezzmo.exe and other half is used by ffmpeg.exe

is there a reason for that?

And on the mezzmo state area I see: system task, extracting video, 1307 left (I use the french version so I have translated it)and it as been like that for an entire day.


My hardware is:
Socket 939 AMD Opteron 148
2gb of ram (DDR-400)
3x640gb for multimedia storage
Windows XP64 with latest updates.

Looks like it's stuck on some file. Please turn on logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) then restart Mezzmo and once it sits for a while on that status, shut it down again and send the logs to support (at) conceiva (dot) com - we should see which file is causing this and can help you resolve this then.
