Possible to have more function for a Toshiba TV?

Hi, I have a Toshiba Regza 46SL500U, that I'm also using with my Playstation 3 and Mezzmo as the DNLA server.

The PS3 work fine to pause, fast forward, etc. But I can only stop the current video with the Regza, no pause function, FF or REW are available...

Is there a way I could tweak the config to allow this on the Regza?

We have to transcode most files for the Toshiba. When we are transcoding we do not allow you to FF and RW. The PlayStation plays a much wider range of formats so this does not happen as often.

Ha! Thanks for the info! Is there a way to pause streaming of the video while it's transcoding? I was also unable to pause it. Mezzmo is the first DNLA server that was playing almost all my movie to my Toshiba TV!

From memory, it should let you pause while transcoding - what does the TV say when you try to pause? We don't have a Toshiba in-house at the moment to test, but we can try some things to get it to pause if it doesn't.
