DVR-MS and LG BD player

My LG BD player will not play DVR-MS files. It looks like they are not being transcoded.

We will need to see your logs to work out what is going wrong.

Please turn on logging and try to stream a DVR-MS file again. Then stop your media server and send us the logs. See http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging for details how to turn on logging.

Also, please send us the FFmpeg information for the DVR-MS file. Right-click on the file in Mezzmo and click "Get FFmpeg Information". Copy and paste it into an email and send it to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com, along with the zipped-up log files.

Also, let us know what model of LG BD player you have.
