Do you have a device profile for Dish Networks VIP922? Also could you send me the device profile for Sony's BDP-S370?

Thank you,
Ted

We don't yet have a device profile for the Dish Networks VIP922. With your help we can create one for you and other Dish VIP922 owners. Here's what we need you to do:

1. Install Mezzmo
2. Run Mezzmo and turn on logging. See http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging for details.
3. Add some photos, music and videos into your Mezzmo library.
4. Start your Mezzmo media server.
5. On your VIP922, try to browse media servers and connect to Mezzmo.
6. Once connected to Mezzmo, try to browse & play photos, music and videos on your VIP922.
7. Stop your media server and zip up all the log files and send them to us at support[at] conceiva [dot] com.
8. Check your VIP922 manual and see if it lists the image, audio and video file formats that the VIP922 supports. If it does, email that to us also.

Note: If you cannot see Mezzmo on your VIP922, then you will need to check your firewall, router and home network. Here's a checklist that you should refer to: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/1183-FAQ-Network-Issues

Also, send us an email to support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we will send you the updated Sony BDP device profiles.
