After performing a complete format and reinstall of windows home server, I installed Mezzmo. After it finished scanning and adding all of my media. I hoped on my xbox 360/Iphone4/and Sony Blueray player and found that 70-80% of video library (wich is roughly 900 videos) shows as all being Bones. Only a couple show as being the correct name. I don't have any of the bones series on my server. I deleted the library and re-added everything and the same-thing happened. I deleted the library and the program, reinstalled and re-added, same thing happened. I have tried other programs and they all register everything fine. My other problem is that it doesn't always send the movie correct, even more so if it has to trans-coded. These are all devices that you have labeled as fully supported. Also the server does not always show up, or desipers in the middle of using it. Please let me know what data or info you need and I will get it to you as quick as I can.

Thank you

Mike

Are those media files all in the same folder or several? Is there a folder.jpg or a similar file that is in the folder with those files and that could be taking over? Does it show correct thumbnails in Mezzmo's GUI or is it the same as on the device?

Mezzmo will search for several pre-defined image files and if it finds one, it'll be used as a movie's thumbnail.

With issues when playing files on a device, please turn on logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) then replicate the issue, after that stop the server and send the logs to support (at) conceiva (dot) com and we'll investigate.
