View Full Version : Version update to 2.2 and now can't see Samsung C Class TV

HI There,

Did have a look and didn't find any fixes for this but recently I have updated to the new version and now TV can't see the Mezzmo instance. I have removed it and it would not automatically find the device either. After I added it manually with IP and Type the TV saw the server instance then dropped it 5 minutes later.

I then installed and reinstalled the new version with the same issue. No TV found or when added manually won't come up as a server on the TV.

All is ok with the network, firewall etc.

Never had a issue with the previous version and now I can't go back as I can't find the old version install package.

Any thoughts related to this would be very much appreciated.

Hi James,

I am not aware of any existing issue with connectivity in the latest version - it should work exactly the same as the previous one. Can you please turn your TV off, then turn on logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging), then turn the TV back on and try to connect to Mezzmo. After that fails, please stop the server and send the logs to support (at) conceiva (dot) com
