Backup thumbnails, genres, etc.

What is the file that I should backup so that I don't lose the thumbnails and other file properties if I lose my C: drive? This, or is there more:

C:\Documents and Settings\Brett\Local Settings\Application Data\Conceiva\Mezzmo\Mezzmo.db

Yes, if there are no user tasks active, then that's the only file to backup (it will not backup your server settings though, such as the server name and port). If any user tasks are running, then other .db files are also used during that time.
