I have just installed Mezzmo 2.2.0.0 and I am having drop-out problems and not recognizing some formats. When I go to trans-coder settings I get a Warning message saying "Could not get build date from ffmpeg.exe check that ffmpeg is operating correctly". If I browse to the same path that the application folder is in and select the path again then it recognizes the build date as Feb 2011. When I close the window and re-open it I get the error message again. Not quite sure what to download for the latest ffmpeg.
I am running XP Pro, SP3, P4 2.4ghz, 1gb Ram and a Samsung C5500 BD Player over home wire D-Link DHP-302.
Any help appreciated.

Can you please turn on logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) then close and start Mezzmo again and go to the Transcoding Settings dialog. After you get that warning message, close down Mezzmo again and send in the logs to support (at) conceiva (dot) com - we'll investigate what's happening.
