SMP-N100 Subtitles Support

Hi,

Does anybody knows how to stream videos with subtitles to Sony SMP-N100?

I can see them on my computer, but not streaming.

Any chance that could be the Device Profile?

Any clues?

Hi,

I'm not sure that the device supports external subtitles over DLNA (it's different to USB playback), but if it does, please make sure that your .SRT (or .SUB) has the same name as your movie and is located in the same folder (e.g. mymovie.avi and mymovie.srt).

To manipulate font color, size, position and streamming via DLNA server you just have to download aviaddxsubs (free) and follow the instructions.
The results are amazing!
