I have a multiple folder with subfolders for music and video that I added to Mezzmo. Initially my subfolders under my music folder (primarily MP3s) gave me the no files found error. But my subfolder under Video showed both MKVs and xvids and played em with no issues. After it auto updated to 2.3.2.0, now my music folder displays files but my video does not. What gives?

I have a a KDLEX720 and have mailed support already. Was wondering if any other Bravia users had the same issue?

Also, I cant seem to access the original screen for adding/monitoring folders to/under Mezzmo. How do I ask Mezzo to stop monitoring a folder for example?

Cheers,
Slyck

Can you please confirm that you are in the correct mode on your XMB on the TV (e.g. Music to see audio files, Video to see video files)?

To stop monitoring a folder, just select it in the tree, right-click on it and use the delete command to remove it from Mezzmo.

Dennis,
Thanks for the prompt reply both here and via email. You were correct, it was just an XMB blunder on my part. However, the whole XMB /Sony implementation is retarded. Everything is working as it should. Now, if only you guys build in subtitle and audio stream selection in MKVs by the 2.5 release, it would be sweet. Keep up the good work and the customer service.
Cheers,

Glad it's all sorted - I agree, the XMB (or other similar "features" on other devices) can be confusing, as you have to keep track of which mode you are in!

Subtitle and audio stream selections will be available (via transcoding) soon - v2.5 or v3, not sure yet.
