Having some problems.

I've just downloaded the trial version of Mezzmo and have run into problems. I am running windows XP64, I have bitdefender antivirus and have a DI-524 router.

When I try to access my movies from my PS3 I get mainly 2 errors:

1. DNLA Protocal error 2104
2. Network error (00000) (Not 100% sure about number of zeros)


The first time i ran Mezzmo I got the thumbnail picture but now all I get is the video symbol with the spinning arrows.

If I try to play the files I just get a black screen.

Hope someone can help.

P.s. I am not too clued up on computer jardon.

This could be a few issues, the best way to start is for us to see what's happening. Please turn on logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging), then restart the Mezzmo server and turn the PS3 off/on, after that try to browse Mezzmo using the PS3. Once it fails, please stop the server, zip up the logs and send them to support (at) conceiva (dot) com and we'll investigate.
