Samsung C large artwork

Since ver 2.3.0 there is a feature:-
New: Custom artwork thumbnail sizes for DLNA devices that support larger artwork, such as Samsung C-series TVs and WD TV Live. See Options dialog.

What does this mean? my Samsung C always shows small artwork, about 110x80 (approx! - i would love to know the exact).

How/when does the C series use larger artwork?

I don't think the C-series directly supports displaying larger artwork, but we did increase the size of artwork that we deliver to it a bit and it should produce clearer images.
