Trim transcoded files by watched date instead of transcode date?

When the transcode library reaches the specified size limit, it's said to delete the oldest transcodes. It seems to make more sense to delete by the oldest watched date. Afterall, I could be watching my first transcoded video every day so it doesn't make sense to delete that.
