Hi Dennis,
did ya change the profile for the Samsungs HTS ?
Could play every file perfectly but since the Update i needed to switch my HTS to a BDP Profile....
otherwise even a simple AVI would play.

Regards
Bengt

Hi Bengt,

Yes, there was a change to the Samsung HTS device profile and it should actually let you play more files natively. What error do you get on the device?

Also, please post FFmpeg information on one of those files and I'll check it against the device profile.

The BDP profile should be very similar to HTS, so they should behave in the same way.

Hi Bengt,

Do you have transcoding turned on or off?

That file should be passed through natively using either the HTD or the BDP device profiles. Perhaps you're experiencing an issue we have a patch for, so please send a message to support (at) conceiva (dot) com and I'll send you a patch to try.

We've just released v2.4.2 that should fix this, so please update your copy and give it a try.
