Hello,

Newbie here - using the free trial option and very impressed with it. (ex Tversity user)
However, cannot play .wmv files (same files play and shares perfectly with WMP)

Advice much appreciated

Please tell us what device (including model number) you are streaming your .WMV files to using Mezzmo, and what device profile you have selected for your device in Mezzmo (go to the Media Devices dialog in Mezzmo to check this). Once we know this, we can help you with your problem. Thanks.

Hello Paul.

- Device is: NetGem Technika 8320-HD, S/N: N8200-2T2C-320-N
- The device is set to operate all default settings (Generic device 1)

I can play the .wmv files with WMP9 to the same device.

Please change the device profile to "Netgem Netbox" and try again. That may provide better results. To do this, go to the Media Devices dialog in Mezzmo. After changing it, try streaming files again and see how you go.

If that is no better, then we would like a set of logs to find out what is going wrong. Please enable logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) then try playing one of the WMV videos and once that fails, stop the server, zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
