I have an ssd as my boot drive and have installed mezzmo to my 2nd drive which is a 1tb. The issue I have is mezzmo keeps creating transcoding video files under app data on my C drive which is the ssd. This continues and eventually fills up over 50gb's data, at which time I have to go in and delete the folder.

Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

Everything in my library is an mkv file that is made from a full quality rip using DVDFab.

Try changing the directory where Mezzmo transcodes the file. By default it is the c drive.

Go to the media server menu then select transcoding settings

Thank you very much for that!

One more question, is it okay to delete those files at the end of the night when we are done watching a movie or whatever? Also how big in gb, should I set this folder for?

Yes, it's ok to delete those files, but you don't have to either, since they'll be deleted automatically when the folder grows to a specified size. I'd recommend at least 20 GBs, if you only want to keep a few previous movies in cache (could be as little as 2-3 movies in those 20 GBs, depending on the output format). Generally, if you tend to re-watch movies, then increase this, if you only ever watch them once, then there's no reason to keep them lying around.
