I'm currently trying out your product via trial, and it plays most files I've tested on my LG 46LD550 just fine, however .mkv files with embedded subtitles will play, but not show the subtitles. Similar files in .avi format play them fine. Any ideas what I can do to resolve this?

I'm running on Windows 7 Pro x64, using latest Mezzmo 2.4.2.0 and K-Lite Codec Pack 7.7.0.

Can you please post FFmpeg information on one of those files (in Mezzmo right-click on the file and use the "Get FFmpeg Information" command) and also confirm which device profile you are using (as per the Media Devices dialog). If the file is transcoded, currently Mezzmo will drop embedded subtitles. Also, the TV may support embedded subtitles only in certain file types - we'll need to check that.

Thanks for the file info. We should be passing this file through natively, so subtitles will remain intact.

Looking at the manual, the TV only supports embedded XSUB (DivX subtitles), that's why they are not coming up.

What's the status of transcoding support for subtitles?

Sorry, I can't give an official ETA on that, but it's being developed and tested.
