Hey all!

Iīm just trialing mezzmo and so far i really like it.
I selected the Philips 7000 profile as i have the 42PFL7655K.
There are a few things that donīt work very well and i do not really understand this, for example:
- mezzmo transcodes files my tv supports...(.mkv with avc codec and ac3 audio)
- some .mkv files can be forwarded others not...

I figured out how to open the device profile files but i donīt know what to edit there - tried several things but only effect was that i couldnīt play my .avi files after :-)

Here are 2 examples of my .mkv files:

Hi Gnome,

I assume there should be a Philips 2011 profile available right now. Even if the model it's not the same, this is the right profile for Philips TV after 2010.

If this profile is not available, I think you should ask it to Mezzmo support.

Yes, please try the "Philips TV 8000 (2011 models)" device profile and see if that works better - please let us know how that goes.

Thanks for the reply.
I changed my profile to "Philips TV 8000 (2011 models)", mkv files work better now, but .avi files for example still got transcoded (my tv supports them natively).
I want mezzmo only to transcode .flac files and .mkv with not supported audio codecs, any suggestions how to do that?

Can you please right-click on one of those AVIs in Mezzmo and post the output of the "Get FFmpeg Information" command? Most AVIs should be passed through natively using that device profile, so yours must contain something that's not in our device profile (yet). If they play fine with transcoding turned off, then we can add them in.
