Hi there,
I have used ConvertHq (premum) to convert to MP2 the VOB file. The result is having some breaks, the music/video stops for a split of second few times. Any idea why is that? I have converted the other files with no problems. Why that one is so bad.?

Thanks for sending us details about the VOB video clip, now we understand you wanted to convert it because Microsoft (c) Window Media Player could not play it.

The funny thing is that the original VOB file in question is exactly like that! - music and video stops few times at beginning. Please see some comments about it on Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Don't_Tell_Me_(Madonna_song)).
You may preview original clip using free software like Mezzmo Player (http://www.conceiva.com/products/mezzmo) or VLC Player.

Bottom line is that ConvertHQ is doing the job to convert VOB to MPG2 file and quality is preserved.

I have already sent to Conceiva an apology for blaming your software for bad convertion and taking your valueable time in support.

Now, I need publically admit that "jerky" video converted
by ConvertHQ Premium is in perfect quality, and it is
Madonna original clip that is stopping and jumping at beginning.

Thank you for fantastic work, either on the products
and on the support side. I am committed user of DownloadStudio
and now PremiumHQ, looking forward to try Mezzmo.
