LG TV and playing .SRT subtitles

Hello Dennis,

After long test period and initial problems with my TV LG 42LV5500 (http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/1761-LG-42LV5500-and-Mezzmo) I acquired Mezzmo. It meet almost all my needs. I started to convert my BD collection to MKV format. Until now everything looks very good, but today I discovered that Mezzmo ignores external SRT subtitles. I enabled logging and see that .SRT extension is not on the filter list:

Similar problem has been described in thread http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/1798-Mezzmo-2.4.1-and-the-.srt-subtitles?highlight=subtitle. Database has been recreated. Is there a chance to get a working patch/fix?

Hello Mariusz,

Mezzmo doesn't ignore external subtitles - that log output is only relevant for adding media files into Mezzmo's library, but subtitles are processed differently. Please send in a log browsing to and playing a few seconds of a video that should have external subtitles and I'll take a look.

You are absolutely right. I just had to restart Mezzmo after adding external .SRT subtitles and they... appeared on TV screen ! Now is OK, my fault ;)
