Mp4 chokes randomly

Hello there,

First let me congratulate Conceiva for the great software provided!!
Unfortunately I've had some problems playing MP4 files: the video stops randomly while playing. It may last 5 mins or 40 minutes, but doesn't seem able to play the full movie. Also, the forward or the chaptering doesn't exist, so i cant overcome the problem by fastforwarding to the point it was when it crashed...

I'm using a Samsung 37c650, with the samsung C profile. Also i've tried to alter the SamsungLA profile as stated in some other post (http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/560-MP4-doesn-t-play-on-Samsung-LE40C650) but the problem remains.

That file will be transcoded using the "Samsung C" device profile, so it may be stopping because of that. To check what's wrong, please enable logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) then delete your transcoded files and try playing this file again. Once it stops, stop the server and send the logs to support.

Also, please try the "Samsung BDP" device profile and see if the files plays - that profile will pass it through natively, so if your TV's firmware supports it, then it'd be better for you to use the "BDP" device profile instead.
