Hi Dennis,
I have finally been able to log my bluray player suddenly not being recognised while playing any file, this time it was a .flac file. I am emailing them to you now.
Can i ask why can't i attach .rar format to my message here? It would have been useful for other members if they have similar complaints.

Thanks for the logs - I'll get back to you via e-mail once I go through them.

I'm not sure about .rar extensions - we'll need to check the permitted list. You can certainly attach .zip files. However, it's best to e-mail them to the support, as it makes it easier for us here to track and monitor issues.
