I am using a Motorola Wireless N router, and a Sony BDPS580. When streaming it stutters, it does not do so when plugged into via USB to the Sony. I've tried several profiles, here is the ff report:

ffmpeg version N-33781-g35674a2, Copyright (c) 2000-2011 the FFmpeg developers

Seems stream 0 codec frame rate differs from container frame rate: 59.94 (60000/1001) -> 59.94 (60000/1001)

That bitrate is possibly too high for a wireless network. Do you have a chance to connect the TV and your PC via a cable to test whether this will play without stuttering?

Another possibility is that the TV cannot handle that bitrate in this container at all. Please open a support ticket mentioning this thread and I'll send you a device profile to try, which will transcode such files into a lower bitrate.

If the TV can't handle it I would assume it wouldn't work from the USB stick either, I also suspect it's the wireless but I need to get a cable to test, which I'll do today. However, I'll open a ticket and I'd be willing to try a lower bitrate profile to see if that works. Thanks.

No, playing files from USB and via DLNA are two different things, so if a movie plays from USB, it doesn't mean it'll play when streamed (even if network throughput is fine).
