Just FYI, not likely you can reproduce this on demand.

Mezzmo was transcoding files unnecessarily before sending them to my Samsung B. So I edited that device and disabled transcoding. I also edited Samsung A doing the same. Then I notice the PlayStation entry was gone, replaced by a duplicate Samsung B. Duplicate in name/profile, IP & MAC still unique.

Deleted them all and let the list rebuild itself

If that happens again, can you please take a screenshot of that and send it in? Also, at the same time, go to the DeviceProfiles folder (see this thread for its location: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/467-FAQ-Where-are-device-profiles-located) and send in all .pro files.
