Every time I turn on my Oppo Mezzmo does not appear in the search files.
I have to do a connection check every time before I see Mezzmo - this is becoming very annoying.
I don't have this issue with the UN55D8000 which is in the same network.
The Oppo is hardwired.
Anybody has this issue?

Same issue with the BDP-BX57 which is wireless.

I've just noticed that Mezzmo is just verry slow to connect

I'm also having difficulty getting the Oppo BDP-93 to see Mezzmo. Mezzmo seems to see the Oppo, and assign the BDP-83 profile, but Mezzmo does not show up on the Oppo as a server.

On a lark, I changed the profile in Mezzmo to BDP-83-LCPM, restarted, then went back to the Oppo and Mezzmo was showing up. Tried watching a few things and everything looked like it was working as it should. Looking at the two Mezzmo oppo profiles, I don't recognize any differences that look like they would impact visibility... I suspect maybe simply restarting Mezzmo, and then trying to find it with the Oppo right away might have worked to the same effect. I've know I've had them both restarted before with no joy, so go figure...

The oppo and my mezzmo pc are sitting next to each other, but plugged into the same switch, so should have about as good a connectivity as you can get.

Normally, the Oppo will see my Directv box and a couple of PC's with media sharing, but no Mezzmo. I have seen a time or two where it couldn't see anything. I've also had the Oppo tell me that I didn't have a network connection at all for awhile. I kinda suspect it's the Oppo that's a bit flaky in the equation, though not sure why the Mezzmo seems to be so much harder for it to see than the other devices.

No problems now using Mezzmo from my Archos 101 tablet, though I did have to create a custom profile to get that to work (the existing Mezzmo Archos 7 profile didn't work), and use a third party upnp browser on the tablet.

Regarding the connection issues - please enable logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) then restart the device and if Mezzmo doesn't come up straight away, give it a few minutes. If it doesn't come up within 15 minutes, then please stop the server and send in the logs. If it comes up straight away, try restarting the device again and see if you can reproduce the problem of Mezzmo not appearing. Basically we'd like to see logs of when it doesn't appear.

When sending logs to support, please mention what IP address your device is on as well.

Logs sent...

Further testing tonight - if I restart Mezzmo, Oppo can see it. If I watch a stream, it'll die after 15 minutes and Mezzmo disappears from the Oppo list of servers. Actually, after a Mezzmo restart and everything looking good from the Oppo... if I just wait 15 minutes and do nothing Mezzmo will drop of Oppo's list of servers.

My mezzmo is working now - I set up the media center to start when windows starts and it is connecting right away.
Mezzmo is working how is supposed to and I am satisfied with the product.
