Seems the add-in won't work with the new version 3.5...Is there an ETA for a release of a compatible add-in?

I have attached a DownloadStudio 5.1.3 Firefox plugin that is compatible with Firefox 3.5.

(1) Unzip 'downloadstudio.xpi' from the attached zip file

(2) Copy the file 'downloadstudio.xpi' over the existing 'downloadstudio.xpi', which is in the folder you installed DownloadStudio into.

(3) Then reintegrate DownloadStudio into Firefox. To do this, go to the options dialog, and in the Web Browser integration section under firefox, click the 'Install extension into Firefox' button.

As an alternative to downloading the above Firefox add-on, we plan to have a new DownloadStudio version, 5.1.4, released within 24 hours to include this support for Firefox 3.5.

DownloadStudio 5.1.4 has just been released! It includes support for the latest version of Firefox.

You should 'Check For Updates' from the DownloadStudio help menu to update to the latest version, or download it from the Conceiva web site.

Great response on both getting out the extension and updating DS.

Thanks a million.

If you are running DownloadStudio 5.1.4 and using Firefox 3.5, there is an issue where DownloadStudio can only read Firefox cookies while Firefox is not running.

I have uploaded a fix for this here (http://www.conceiva.com/downloads/5141.zip).

Only install this fix if you are running DownloadStudio 5.1.4. You will need to exit all browsers and DownloadStudio and copy the files contained in the zip file over the existing DownloadStudio program files.

This fix will also be included in the next update.
