Can't Skip ahead or back nor enter start time Samsung BDP c5500

Hi cannot skip ahead or back using the arrow keys on the remote nor enter a start time to resume playback. Samsung BDP C5500. I can do it though when I use the deplorable PC SHARE MANAGER. Only noticed this with .mkv files, have not tried with other formats.

Is there something I can change in the device profile or is there a custom devise file I can use something.

Which device profile are you using? If you are using "Samsung BDP", please try the "Samsung BDP 3D" and see if that's better or vice-versa.

I've tried it with both, neither works. PCSM still allows me to skip or punch in a time to start playing though.

Can you please tell me the firmware version of the BDP?

Also, please enable logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) then try playing one of the files that doesn't let you skip using Mezzmo, but does using PCSM. Try pressing the skip button and once that fails, stop the server and send in the logs to support.

My Samsung BD-C5500 BDP firmware version is BSP-C5500WWD-1024.0 (THE LATEST VERSION)
