Hi,
I was on the 15 day trial, but didn't have time to use it, though it installed fine. Then I got an extension to use it, and saw there was a more recent version. I tried uninstalling the previous one, and nothing happened. Install shield just hung. So I deleted the program folder and disabled the service, and did a registry clean, then tried to reinstall -- the installer hangs again. I'd like to try your software, but this is pretty frustrating -- can you help? I'm running Win7-64...
