Mezzmo crashes with Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Error

Mezzmo crashes intermittently with the following error:-

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Error: Program C:\Program Files (x86)\Conceiva\Mezzmo\Mezzmo.exe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way.

Win7 x64
Mezzmo 2.5.0.0

Any assistance would be appreciate.

Do you get any error information, such as memory addresses or anything else in that message? If you do, can you please tell me what it says or paste a screenshot of the error? Is there any option to get debugging information or anything like that?

Also, have you noticed if the crash occurs after you do some particular operation (e.g. maintenance, or closing down Mezzmo) or does it just happen randomly?

1. No - there is no additional information with the error. However, the Windows Event Log shows the following:-

2. There is no option to display debugging information directly from the on-screen error.
3. The error occurs randomly - even while nothing is being streamed.

Has this been solved? I get the same issue Mezzmo just crashes when creating library for the first time. Afterwords it just keeps crashing on startup.

This issue has been fixed and it will be included in Mezzmo v2.6 that will be released later this week.

Mezzmo v2.6 has been released today. Please upgrade to this new version and let us know if C++ Runtime Error still occurs.
