no playcount after update

after the 2.5? update my xbox 360 is no longer increasing playcount after something is played

Please enable logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) then try playing a file (for at least 20%, if you left the default value on), stop the server after that and send in the logs to support. We'll take a look at what could be going on.
