View Full Version : Issues with Mezzmo and Samsung HT6930 sytem

I'm getting different errors when trying to stream from my Windows 7 laptop. usually video will start and play for a few minutes then it will stop and say preparing video, but it never resumes playing, it kicks me back to folder structure. At this point it will say a couple of different things, either no supported file formats found or no media files found. All videos are visible in Mezzmo client. I've gone through the forum threads trying to solve this but have not had success. I have yet to play any file no matter the format or extension successfully.

Can you please check that you are using the "Samsung HTS" device profile?

If you are, please enable logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) then try playing one of the failing files and once it stops playing, stop the server and send the logs to support.
