Transcoding speed issue

Dear Dennis,
I have newest Mezzmo v2.5.0.0 with ffmpeg.exe size 10,126,336 bytes (do not know version). I have problem with transcoding speed of avi container. Transcoding on the fly go so slowely that I can't watch movie at all. Please receive log file together with device prf file at support at conceive.com.
Please help me.
