I just purchased Mezzmo and networked my new Sony BDP-S480 Blu ray player. I can locate the VOB movie folders on my server and start the video without a problem. After a few minutes of playing the video, however, it freezes and will no longer play. I am able to skip forward to get it to play again but it will stop again before long.

Any advice will greatly be appreciated.

If you leave it for awhile in its frozen state, well it eventually continue playing? I've done extensive troubleshooting on my BDP-S370 for freezing issues and may be able to help.

I've left it for 10 or so minutes and it did not continue playing.

Have you sent any logs and ffmpeg info from the files to the Conceiva guys? Since it's in VOB format it's probably natively supported by the player (although there are a few exceptions), so it's likely not an issue with transcoding/remuxing and more to do with networking. One simple thing to try, which fixed a freezing issue on my S370, is simply unplugging the player for a few hours, then plugging it back in. This should flush the OS out of memory and fully reload it, which can correct some issues like this. If that doesn't work, try enabling logging and send them to the Conceiva guys through email.

Can you comment a bit more in terms of your system configuration, including operating system and processor, network infrastructure (wifi/hardwired, 100Mbps or 1000Mbps, etc.), the Mezzmo profile enabled for the player, and whether or not it appears that your files are being transcoded/remuxed? These can definitely help narrow things down.
