Problem viewing MWV video on IPAD2

Hi,

I have MWV video in my library but when I try to view / play them on my ipad there is a small red circle with a "-" sign in the middle. I have figured out that this means the video will not play. I could use some help on how to fix this. Thanks in advance.

Hi Jon,

Can you please tell me which player and device profile you are using for your iPad? Do you have transcoding enabled?

I am using ML Lite. Also the transcoding is enable as far as I know. From the settings the check box is unchecked that says "do not transcode" . I was able to transcode a video manually. Thanks for your help. I look forward to further directions. Thanks.

The device profile I selected was "alpha system media link player lite (ipad)

Ok, I'll need to see some logs to understand the problem better, so please enable logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) then try playing that file again and once it fails, stop the server and send the logs to support.
