Hi,

I have a Panasonic VT30A and noticed that when I stream some video files to my TV, Mezzmo tries to transcode them and my PC can not keep up.
When I turn transcoding off, the file plays fine.

Is there another profile for me to try as I want transcoding to kick in only when the file can not be played by the TV. (Current profile is - Panasonic Viera 2011 Models)

Thanks

Paul

Hi,

Can you please right-click on one of those files that gets transcoded, but plays without transcoding, and post the output of the "Get FFmpeg Information" command here and I'll see if I can suggest a better profile for you.

Thanks for the information. Yes, we have an updated device profile for that, so please e-mail support mentioning this thread and I'll send it to you. The device profile you are using is correct, just needs a little modification, which we've already done here.

I had a similar problem on my DT30. I switched to the plain Panasonic Viera profile (not 2011 models) and it worked fine

If there is an updated 2011 models profile that works though, then I wouldn't mind trying it...

Yes, there is an updated "2011 models" profile available to try, please e-mail support and I'll send it to you.
