Error message: Unable to play

I have mezzmo on my Windows7 PC. It runs without errors, and I can usually play media on the Samsung TV, but on the Samsung Galaxy Tablet 10.1 and my Samsung Galaxy S phone, it will play some media, but not others. Some media that plays on the TV won't play on the tablet and phone. Some music and videos that play on the tablet do not play on the phone. There is no reason given, just "Unable to play".

We recommend using the iMediaShare app together with the RockPlayer app (both are free apps) on the Samsung phones and tablets. This player supports more formats than Samsung's AllShare app. In Mezzmo, we have a device profile "RockPlayer" that needs to be set for the player (go to the Media Devices dialog to set it). Please give that a try and see if that works better for you.
