Problems with mezzmo & Toshiba tv

My problem is when i try to watch videos through my Toshiba 46TL868B t finds Mezzmo then it comes up with " decoding"on tv then plays a few seconds of video and skips to next one any ideas.I have no problem on my Sony KDL32CX520B which plays everything on my computer,both tv are wired through my router.Thanks. Make sure your Toshiba TV is using the "Toshiba TV" or "Toshiba TV (Japan)" device profiles. Go to the Media Devices dialog in Mezzmo to set the device profile.

If that does not help, then we will need to see a set of logs to determine the problem. Please turn on logging (http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging). Re-start your Mezzmo server and stream a file to your Toshiba TV. When it fails, then stop your Mezzmo media server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the log files and send them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

Thank you for your great help it now works on Toshiba TV Japan it now lets me watch everything but the only problem is that it will not play in full screen only 720 x 480 I have tried to change setting in performance but this has not worked and the tv won,t change screen size through media server (mezzmo) have you any ideas.Thanks Rick...

We found that when the video resolution was increased to 1920 x 1080, then certain Toshiba TV models would no longer play DLNA streamed files. It seemed their limit was 720 x 480. If you want, contact us and we can give you a device profile to try with the increased resolution. Contact us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
