Hello,

I've stumbled upon another minor issue. It seems the media server keeps disconnecting or will just randomly pause and a loading dialog will come up on the tv. I looked through the information and transcoding tab and it just says streaming file "xxxxxx" to Samsung BDP 3D

I have a Samsung HT-D6750 I was having codec issues when I selected Samsung D and assumed it being a 3D blu ray player this was a closer profile. I have attached all my media server logs.

Can you post the FFmpeg information for the file that you were streaming? To do this, right-click on the file and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'. The ZIP file you attached seems to be corrupted. Please re-zip the log files & email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com. We'll take a look and work out why you are getting this stuttering/loading.

Thank you very much paul. I've sent through the email with both sets of logs and ffmpeg info.

Hi Paul,

Thank you very much for replying and going through the logs. I took your advice and transcoded the file however it completely unsynced the audio and video. So I created the file again and that seems to have fixed the issue, possibly corrupted when originally done.

As far as the media center disconnecting it may have been an issue with our router as I am finding other devices randomly disconnecting themselves.

Once again thank you very much!
John

Good to hear you resolved the video file problem.

Your router certainly can be the cause for random disconnects when streaming. We have seen this quite often when debugging customers' connection issues. Powering down & powering up your router can help. Getting the latest (stable release) router firmware can help. Turning off UPnP inside the router's settings can help.

If you are still having problems, contact us & we'll help further.
