Mezzmo "cannot read file" for avi movies

Hi, Im a new mezzmo user (great product btw) and I was recently having problems with certain movies repeating the same scene over and over. I read about transcoding files; and this seemed to do the trick. However since I've done this, Mezzmo can no longer read .avi files.

I'm using a Panasonic VIERA TC-P55GT30. Any help/input is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks

***update- the transcoding didnt work. I still have some files that repeat the same scene over and over. For whatever reason; I've made the situation worse now not being able to play AVI files to boot.

Make sure you are using the 'Panasonic Viera' device profile for your TV. To check this, go to the Media Devices dialog in Mezzmo. I suggest you try several of the 'Panasonic Viera' device profiles to see if one works better for your particular TV model.

If no better, then please post the FFMpeg information for the AVI that does not play. To do this, right-click on the file in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'.
